I read that pineapple juice can reduce the smell of dog uring, does anyone know anything about that? If it is true, how much would I give my 60 pound lab?

I think any amount of urine is going to smell bad, no matter what. Whether it also smells a bit like pineapple doesn't sound much better.

Where is your dog urinating that the smell is bothering you? If he/she urinates outside on the grass, smell normally isn't an issue.

She urinates in the carport. I am legally blind, so I have her go where I can 'watch' her.

It sounds more like a build up of urine that is smelling rather than an individual wee. It would smell eventually whatever you give her because of the build up of bacteria. Could you maybe get someone to help you wash it away every week?
I have heard of pineapple being used to stop a dog eating it’s own poo but not relating to urine.
