My 7 month old puppy has started to bite when being told off. He mouths, which i know is normal and I divert this to a toy or bone, but when told to get down or when I grab him to put him in his crate for time out he bites me,he has also been known to go for other family members faces which is clearly unacceptable. I know Labrador puppy's are not aggressive, but I'm really unsure on how to tackle this and any suggestions would be grateful
Re: Puppy Biting As soon as he does it, stand up straight cross your arms & turn your back. If this doesnt work then next time he does it, leave the room & shut the door for a minute or so. Then go back in, rinse & repeat.
