My 6 month black lab has these puppy craziness where you goes wild running around and won't listen when he is in this state. Please help! He also jumps up on people alot and on counter top when in kitchen .Any suggestions?

Libby is 4 months old and gets the 'zoomies' a number of times a week. The amount of exercise we give her doesn't seem to make a difference. Her biting sessions are becoming less and less and my hands and ankles are starting to heal. If things get so bad and she won't listen to reason, we have to put her in 'time-out' (i.e. other side of the baby gate) to get her to calm down. Sometimes I am able to regain her focus by doing some clicker-treat training. I am told she will calm down eventually.
