Hey there, I have a question. We do supervised play with our 2 service dogs (small breeds) with Sully. Sully does not respond to calming signals. They play but when he gets over aroused (the other dogs respond). Sully keeps comes back over and over after we have giving him significant time to calm himself. I bring him to the crate for calm space. Then we try again. He doesn't back down. He paws, nose punches and keeping pushing their buttons long after they have politely demonstrated they want nothing to do with him when he is like this. We do [one mississippi] count 4 then we separate. We never allow it to escalate. I want him to eventually just hang with them, without him going after them and respond readily to their cues for space. Any other suggestions or advice?
