Hi I have Adobe and a half month male pup. He has an abnormal prepuce or scrotum. It is more open than normal and may need to be corrected next month when he gets neutered. He is in no pain and it hasn't affected his ability to urinate. One vet says a couple of stitches should do the trick and another says it is a big procedure. Has anyone else had this problem?
