Hi everyone Pup is 4 months now and has done so well with house training - for about 6 weeks he’s not wee’d or poo’d in the house at all. Always barks at the door to go out. He spends his days in the kitchen/conservatory area, nice big space and all tiles, and then comes into the lounge with us in the evenings when the kids have gone to bed. Over the past week he’s started randomly doing a wee on the floor in the evenings, without anything to tell us he needs to go out. And yesterday evening he did a poo on the floor! Again with no telling us he needed to go out. And again this morning. Any ideas anyone? Poo looks all normal and he still barks to go out during the day, so don’t think he’s unwell. thanks
I wouldn't wait for him to ask to go out. Go back to puppy basics and let him out every hour/ after play sessions, after feeding, upon waking etc before it becomes a habit.
