We are first on the waiting list from a new litter of pups that were born last night. I'm so excited. Only eight weeks to wait lol. We are taking a boy this time and there are 4 boys and 3 girls born in the litter. Kids are really keen to call him Milo. Guess that gives away his colour. Lol no pics yet. Well there are some on Facebook but I can't work out how to copy them. Lol
So excited. I have really ramped up Millys training so hopefully she will be a good example lol. Maybe holding my breath with that one but worth the effort.
Anyone have any good pointers for bringing a second pup into the house. Milly will be 16 months when he comes to us.

How exciting!!! Do you have a Facebook link we can have a look at??

I had to look up Milo, I've never heard of it! I take it he's a choccie then? Was there a mix of colours in the litter? Milo and Milly go really well together. We considered Milo as a name, too, but that was because we'd just come back from Milos on holiday :)

So, is the big day eight weeks today?

Lol I didn't even think about people not knowing what Milo is. It's a chocolate drink mix for all those that don't know. So yep a choccie for us:)

Don't have an actual pick up date but yes around eight weeks from now.

Facebook page is Romsen Labradors. Meika is the mummy's name. Very cute babies. So excited lol did I say that already.

    Exciting!

My Tatze was 15 months when Gypsy came to us at ten weeks.

I had my brother take Tatze out for a long walk so that Gypsy could have a good sniff round before they were introduced.

Tatze was brilliant with Gypsy and took the brunt of all those crocapup teeth!

I did have to separate them quite often in the early days due to over-playing, but Gypsy had a puppy pen and was fine in there when she needed a rest or Tatze needed a break!.

Tatze has been a great example to her. There are many, many things which Gypsy has simply copied Tatze with. For example, I do a down-stay with them while I'm getting socks and boots on for a walk - Gypsy simply did what Tatze did :)

Here is a photo from those early days :)

Thanks for putting the pics up Fiona. Goes to show how technically challenged I am. Lol

Thanks everyone. I can almost smell them too Kate. Really want to cuddle them but that will have to wait until they are five weeks old. But that's just five weeks away yay! Lol

Mags I have loved hearing and seeing your updates of Tatze and Gypsy. I'm really hoping they will get along and bond with each other that well. Those two look so cute together.

Look at those cute little bundles mmmmmmmmmmm!!!!!!!!!!

    How very, very exciting ;D

Nothing phased Obi pup when he arrived and I just made sure Riley got a break. Now they're complete horrors who would wrestle together all day if I let them  ::)

Riley used it to his advantage to negotiate a sofa spot to get away from the little horror ;D let nobody say he's not a smart cookie!

Beautiful! You can get Milo in the UK, I used to eat it out of the tin when I was a kid in Australia.

Yes I think the wait will be hard in the extreme lol. I'm already so excited. A little daunted at what it will be like with another pup in the house but the excitement over rides that. Had a terrible walk with Milly this morning so that gave me just a few reservations but only temporarily. She wanted to chase every bird she saw and greet every dog we passed and even wanted to go say hi to a jogger that was doing his stretches lol. She was jumping around like a crazy thing and seemed to think the jogger really was just waiting for her and bending down purely to pat her. We stayed well away lol. She hasn't had any interest in Joggers for quite a while so it was just one of those walks that I will just leave behind me. I think a good off lead run is required latter:)
