To balance the Proud Parents thread here is a thread for our horrible hounds and naughty nippers!

Last night before tea my two were MONSTERS!

Every cushion and dog bed was fair game for tug of war. As they pinched each one I put it on the work surface and ended up with this pile! Of course, after tea, the little devils turned straight back into two little angels!

    Haha, butter wouldn't melt!

Willow found a plant pot filled with moss. Best. Thing. Ever.
She pulled up a massive lump of it without me seeing and then went to her day bed, which is under my feet. Lovely, I thought, she's having a little quiet time. When I looked up from my computer, there was moss and earth e-v-e-r-y-w-h-e-r-e. I'm quickly learning that I can only get work done when she's asleep! :D

This afternoon my dog lay down in the duck pond which was about 80% water and 20% duck poo. Then he came inside and shook it all over the carpet.

Puzzle chewed a hole in her boot then proceeded to have a good digging session in the sandpit, which resulted in a boot full of sand and dirt. Not impressed at all, had to repair boot with duct tape (3rd boot she has ruined in a week, don't know how we are going to survive 4 weeks with a boot on) then had to thoroughly wash, clean and flush her wound, not a happy mummy

Pongo makes nests in my flower beds.

Also when we've spent the last hour dragging branches over to the bonfire patch ready for burning, we turn around and find that half of them have been dragged back to where they started from. How did that happen?

    Holly is perfect.

... apart from jumping all over the bed when the alarm clock goes off, her habit of eating disgusting things, jumping at visitors, stealing my slippers .....

    But we love her :)

The DivaDog [IMG] does the Wall Of Death around the furniture at least once a day ..... I don't really mind as she seems so happy when doing it :)

Dexter is currently celebrating his success at squeezing his whole self under the tiny gap in the bottom of our front fence to get out onto the street to sniff the bums of 2 passing pugs....seriously.....he never tried that trick when he was little and could have fitted easily. The space is no bigger than the size of his head???I actually stood and watched him doing it as I thought he will never make it and get stuck!
As long as he doesn't realise he could jump the railing in the back garden we are still reasonably secure!!

Two weeks ago Pongo discovered that he could hurdle the wall at the front of the house (down onto the farm track where all those wonderful dogs walk past every day). Security is now officially breached and we are back on 24-hour Pongo-watch. ::)

Fox poo and something else unidentifiable that stinks really bad! Need I say any more! Bath time calls.

Sorry. I keep forgetting that they're Holly's slippers and that I'm allowed to wear them when she doesn't want to play with them :)

Daisy, one at a time, prances out with every single shoe she can find anywhere until I give up, find and close the open closet door. Then she pouts. This morning, as I was getting ready for my shower, I saw her reflected in the mirror, sneak just her head inside the bathroom door far enough to snatch a slipper, then bound onto the bed! "No, you can't have that, either!"

Stealing anything left within twenty feet of crocadog mouth. Looking angelic laying next to our Persian cat until I realize he is really chewing on her fluff! Waiting till I've got one leg in my tights before grabbing other leg and seeing just how far they stretch! I could go on!
