Ok puppy arrives in 6 weeks.

I need recommendations for a crate for the house and ideally a transport method for the car for the wee guy.

Any links to amazon etc appreciated.

Even a clicker review would be great

    Re: Recommend me a Crate

For clickers, the ones that already come with wrist straps are great...

The crate we have is borrowed from a friend, but it is like this one:
    http://www.amazon.co.uk/s/ref=nb_sb...=dog crates large&sprefix=dog+crates,pets,285

It has been fine, and is cheaper than the one Karen suggested, but she didn't go straight into it... She started out in a smaller sized crate that I had had for my last pup (cocker spaniel). If the crate's too big, s/he will be tempted to use one end as a toilet. It needs to be small enough so it is all 'nest' when you first bring her / him home. Apologies if I'm repeating what you already know.

This was a recent thread on in-car puppy transport...

So have you seen new pup yet? Photos? Girl or boy? Sorry, can't remember if you've already said. Chosen a name???

    How exciting!!

I second the recommendation of a clicker with a wrist strap.

There is nothing more adorable than a whole heap of puppy...

I was 4 out of 4 when it came to picking Brew - was just relieved she had 4 girls in the first place!
