I just noticed that Chepi's nose is running a clear fluid. It forms big drops. I have a feeling I will be calling the vet tomorrow. Wondering about calling this evening. She's been running around today and playing but also swimming and lots of foraging in bushes. Could be anything, oh dear.

Maisie's had a runny nose recently that was due to allergies so it was coupled with lots of sneezing and snorting and gunky eyes. Has chepi been sneezing or anything? Our vet clear is ok, and it's if it turns yellowy or looks mucusy to worry as that could indicate infection. Id still ring your vet though to put your mind at ease :)

She is drinking a bit more than usual and it seems to have dried up but I will see how she is in the morning.

Clear drops running from the nose are not unusual, so try not to worry :) Never hurts to check with the vet of course.

Got advice over the phone: observe, rest and stay away from other dogs in case it's a virus. But I need to see a dentist ... Never rains but it pours.

Yep ... more antibiotics for us please
Chepi has Rhino-something which could have been caused by allergies or a virus. Glad I took her to the vet. :)

What's the issue that you need to see the dentist, Jane? Is that for you, or Chepi?
