    out of curiosity has anyone given their dog the new sandfly injection?

    Do you mean the new Leismaniasis vaccine? I suspect so as Leishmania is carried by the sandfly. Leismaniasis is not endemic in the UK where most forum members are from, so I suspect not many folk have any experience of it yet.

    Our vet recommends it if you are taking your dog on holiday to Greece, Spain, Italy etc.

    i live in malta but apparently the side effects aren't nice so really unsure !!!!!!!
