Silly dog

    Just ate a massive bit of plastic wrap when we where out on her walk. Feel sick for her!

    I don't know, I don't think so. Although Charlie chews everything, he doesn't actually eat much rubbish, but what he has came out the other end without too much trouble.

    I guess it's soft, it might just pass through. Some dogs seem to eat much worse than that and be just fine.

    During recent tummy troubles with Charlie I was worried he had eaten something that had caused a blockage. The vet said that dogs that do have a blockage in their tummy get very sick, very quickly. I'm not saying this because i think it's likely with plastic film. Just that if she is bright, eating, drinking and pooing, there is nothing to worry about.

    Most types of plastic just pass through, check with your vet but it's usually a question of 'watch and wait'. Fingers crossed for you

    My previous Labrador was a garbage guts and are more plastic bags than I can remember. Never a problem. Fingers crossed that you see the plastic wrap again soon :)

    Now there's a marketing opportunity!! Unfortunately my Lab never managed to get the poop on the right side of the bag...
