Gypsy is the neatest sitter I've ever seen - and Mollie is the laziest :D:p

    Great photos Em :)

Mollie can sit straight, but usually chooses not to. Gypsy is unusual because she never, once, sat sloppily.

Love the photos, Mabel is such a sloppy sitter until I go to take a photo and then she sits up nice and straight. :)

W&S don't sit sloppily, ever. Luna... well, it's not pretty :D
I have bigger fish to fry than to worry about it. I'm hoping that, as we get more into gundog training she may sit straighter just since it's quicker to set off from a smart sit. If it doesn't happen naturally, I may train it. Or not... for now, it makes me smile and we're not entering any "straightest sit" competitions any time soon :D

Love the photo of Mollie's gangly sit. My Molly is a 'slumpy' sitter too.

Hah, Xena has the same "sad on the outside" face as Mollie - and the same appalling sit! Xena also does the same weird sloppy human sit on the sofa as Ella, it cracks me up every time.

Coco has a variable sit, but at dog-school, he sits in front of OH, bolt upright, chest puffed out, looking right at him - he looks so proud.

Adorable photos one and all. I love the sloppy sits, Plum's pretty good at them too.

Hey, at least you all can get your pups to sit! Brogan's sits would always rather quickly dissolve into a 'down'. The service dog trainer had no issue with this, but I later learned it was a real problem on public transport as when his sit dissolved to a down he would take up too much room on crowded train carriages and risk having a paw stepped on. Thus the oft-repeated "Up Up Uuuuuup!" command was born. ;)

Coco's sloppy sit with OH yesterday - after his momentous train trip - it was quite warm!

This is a perfect description of Pongo's "I can smell roast chicken" sit.
