Hi all, My lab has hair loss on his belly, little red bumps/welts and it super itchy all the time. I've taken him to the vet and both times was told it was a staph infection. Both times he was given steroids and an antibiotic. After a month it comes back again. I've also tried removing chicken and grains from his diet but the issue still persists. I'm sorry but I can't figure out how to post pictures. If some could let me know how, I can post some pictures of his rash. Thanks
My Golden had hair loss issues. I had to quit poultry and beef. She is on a grain free Fish diet. I also had to put her on meds to get hold of the issues. She takes Atopica every week. She was at the point u could get a handful of hair out by just rubbing your hand thru her back.
