Sleep Tight Big 'H'

I told you about Hattie's absolute best friend in the whole world since they were tiny puppies, a Labradoodle Big 'H' who was diagnosed with a cancerous tumour on the lung in August. He battled on until Friday when his owner decided it was time to say goodbye She phoned to tell me the news straight away as I have always looked after him, walked him and loved him as my own. I am heartbroken he has gone

Hattie, Big 'H' and I had the most wonderful friendship, we are going to miss him terribly, but I will treasure all the special memories of our walks, their hoolies and our lovely cuddles together.

Sorry to hear such sad news.

 

So very sad to read about Big H, you and Hattie will miss him so much. Knowing and loving a dog, is communicating with them 'soul to soul' and when that goes, the light goes out of our lives. I hope you will be comforted by having the opportunity to have been so close to a wonderful dog and have happy memories eventually.
