I have been having fun with Otis, Ive taught him to hand me his paw, using little bits of apple as treats. I was so pleased he only took five minutes to get the hang of it, its so sweet when he does it, my dads coming tomorrow to see us, and Im really looking forward to showing him Otis new trick. Also taught him to lie down in preparation to teach him to roll over and do a commando crawl. The first day of using the crate and new regime for toilet training went well, only one wee indoors, and this was because I forgot to take his water bowl up this evening, he usualy does at least three wees a day indoors, I feel more confident now, that I might actualy get somewhere now. Im going to get him a little bell to ring , so that he will go to ring it when he needs to go in the garden, All in all a good day with Oaty .

That's fantastic :D It's fun to show off tricks.

Another good one is weaving through your legs as you walk.

Charlie must just be a natural at that one! :-\

The commando crawl is a good one. My daughter taught Harry to do it to the mission impossible theme, rather than a word command. Looks 'lush' as she would say!

Otis sounds adorable, it's a lovely way to spend time, building up a bond with them, even better when you can show off to family too! Have a lovely day with your Dad.

TM- I told my husband and 11 year old daughter about the commando crawl/mission impossible thing. Daughter rushed for the clicker, and 20 mins later we have a commando crawling dog. Hilarious! ;D ;D Tomorrow's job is introducing the music!

Somehow I think that would not be a good one to add to Lilly's repertoire :(
