She has recently stopped eating her own poo but eats other dogs poo when we are out i have tried raising my voice everything honestly its so frustrating to the point where i walk her on a extending lead now so i can pull her away from any poo i hate walking her like this can anyone help?

I know it is difficult to stop this. You have to think of it as the dog is just about to eat poison, you would find a way to stop that. I have a friend whose dog eats dog poo and we stopped that by teaching her the word 'swop', so when she goes to do it, I shout 'swop' and she rushes back to me for a delicious treat.

I've always used 'Leave', taught when Juno was little and used in lots of situations. I prefer 'leave' to 'swop' as my aim is to prevent her from picking up and being rewarded rather than having her pick up and swop and treat. It is not a quick fix, but then no training is, and it does require a high level of vigilance but it does work and much of Juno's was done with her off lead.
