Our hearts are broken. This morning after some serious tennis ball retrieving Cooper came into our Cabin for breakfast. As I was scooping it out she suddenly fell over and kicked in the air. In a minute of so, she seemed to stop breathing and could not detect a heart beat. The Vet suspects an aneurysm. She was a very athletic apparently healthy dog who never had a medical issue.
