I have a Samsung Galaxy S7 with SwiftKey keyboard installed. For the last few weeks I've had so much trouble typing on the forum. No issues with other websites/messages/emails/whatsapp etc.

Autocorrect is "fixing" words that were OK, if I hit the suggested word above the keyboard, a different jumble of letters comes up, when I hit keys I'm finding that other letters or characters are showing up (e.g. I hit space and a letter comes up so i have to delete and repeat the process a few times before it works). It's only happening on this forum so I'm wondering if there are some compatibility issues with the website and the keyboard?

    Any ideas?

What browser are you using? Can you try using a different one? I just had a bit of a Google and it's not unheard of, but seems to be a combination of the software on the phone. Seems it's a Chrome issue combined with SwiftKey and the Xenforo richtext editor, although it doesn't affect all users, so it's something to do with the combination of tech that's on the phone. You could also try clearing your SK cache and someone posted yesterday that they updated to the latest SwiftKey Beta and no longer have the issue.

OK thanks. I'm using Chrome so that could be the issue. I'll try an alternative browser first and will try clearing the cache if that doesn't work.

I hope it works. I don't have any Android devices so can't reproduce it for myself.

So far so good with Firefox. Fingers crossed it continues.

The fonts look a little different so I'll just have to get used to the changes *sits rocking back and forth in the corner of the room*

    Thanks for your help :)
