Albert swam for the first time on his own today!!! He went in the sea with me on Monday, and swam. Then today he went in a lake, first with 'Dad' and a little help from a tin of sardines!!! Then after 3 or 4 goes with 'Dad' he went in by himself for his frisbee. Yay!!

It was!! I don't know who was more excited, me or the dog! He got to swim and sardines so probably him! He was very pleased with himself. He's just 19 weeks and I'm so glad we got him to do it.

    Re: Swimming!

Well I've tried and I can't seem to upload it from my mobile to Flickr! He has swam lots of times now since first post, and today went in completely on his own to fetch his stick. Would love to post video so any help would be appreciated. I have no trouble uploading to Facebook!

    Thanks

    Hi Jan,

Try using vimeo (its a little easier and nicer than youtube I find)

They have apps for all the phones (iPhone, android etc) so can upload straight from your phones video/photo library, if you are uploading from a PC its even easier.

You can sign up also by linking your Facebook account which makes it easier with remembering the million different login details we all have these days.

Jan I have to email a video I take on my phone and then save it to my iPad to upload to flickr......I usually have to crop it too as anything over say 15 seconds seems to be too long.....it can take an age to upload too ::)
I see the youtube links that other members use ,I think that is probably more efficient and you can upload longer footage ( how much footage do you want to see guys of Dexter running up a sand dune ;D ;D )
Not having done it I imagine you create your YouTube account and then on the iPad you can upload directly to YouTube......
I'm not a PC whizz but I reckon it's quite straightforward.....
No pressure but I love seeing the dogs swim, especially the little ones! ;D

Just post a link to the video once you uploaded it something like this: http://vimeo.com/692248

I am not sure if this forum supports video play within their posts? some do some don't.
