im a little concerned, over the past few days, Teddy has been jumping away from us as we have been walking past. It's as if he has heard a loud bang And ducks away. It's like he's been scared by something. Nothing has happened and after the growling incident (This has now been fixed and Tate and Teddy are now friends again) my little girl doesn't have unsupervised contact with him so I know she hasn't done anything to him.

He had an ear infection a few weeks back but the vet thinks this has fully cleared up. I'm not sure if this could be a hearing problem. Has anybody else experienced anything like this before?

I haven't ever experienced this, but I would advise taking him to the Vets, just in case his hearing has been affected , poor lad must be very upset about something, good luck .

I think with his back ground as a military dog in Afghan, he may be very sensitive to noise, even if you can't hear it yourself.

Quite possibly, it's only started in the last couple of weeks though
