mark as just had jasper out for his bed time walk/run.......he always sees the fox on the field with the light of the torch, they are like cats eyes, he spotted a fox and jasper ran off into the trees right near where the fox was seen,.....jasper ran off he was gone for a few minuets, we have just been laughing saying we can imagine him licking the fox face would the fox harm him in any way ?
Re: the dreaded fox Lynne, I don't think the fox will do anything to Jasper it would probably just run away. Hope Jasper didn't roll in the fox poo though x
Re: the dreaded fox he as not been rolling in it lately, i am sure it must be a different smell in the winter,.....summer he loves a good roll in it
Re: the dreaded fox I'm pretty sure foxes are too fast to get caught by a dog. They should just run away. The main thing you're in danger of is having a dog covered in fox poo - it's their favourite perfume!
Re: the dreaded fox I doubt that Jasper would get anywhere near it Foxes are a lot more agile than dogs and escape would be no problem for the fox. That's all it'd want to do - get away.
Re: the dreaded fox oh that is good rachael,......we could just imagine jasper licking the fox, he is a big softy
Re: the dreaded fox
Foxes are a lot more agile than dogs and escape would be no problem for the fox.
Too right - one cleared the new 6ft fence in our garden the other day, with no run up. I was astonished. And on our last walk yesterday, one ran up a wall - at least 10ft - to avoid us. I swear that it must have had sticky pads like spider man.
