Hi, all! Ema is now 11 months and she is still crazy about dogs, which is lovely and endearing if she didn't forget all the heel training we have done so far! No LAT, no food, no toys work. She is also very accustomed to playing with a few play mates every morning and I can see she is really eager to meet them. My question is, should I keep this routine of running and playing fro half an hour every morning with her friends or am I jeopardising all the training I invested on don't pull and heel with this play time?
    Thank you for your time!

Dogs are social animals and play is good for them. As long as you don't try to train when play is happening, I say continue the play. In fact, I found play/exercise invaluable for getting some energy out before we went to our training classes. A release word helps, a word to say go do whatever you want. I demand a sit at heel before I let my dog off the leash to play, then I say FREE. :)

Yeah! I do that too! Sit and OK before releasing Ema. I share your opinion, I feel really happy watching them play! Thanks :)
