you will need 1 carton tomatoes in concentrated juice (or can)
    rice flour about 8oz
    uncooked brown rice about 6oz
1 dog to clear up any spillages
quantities are approx you can adjust to suit

In a large bowl mix the rice and tomatoes then gradually add rice flour until you have a soft dough. The amount of flour depends on how much juice is in your tomatoes - a can will need more.

break off 1 inch pieces roll into balls then flatten - thinner biscuits need less time to get really crunchy in the oven. I cook on a wire oven shelf covered with a tefal non stick sheet to help them dry more easily than if on a heavy baking sheet.

bake in oven at 180 degrees for 20 - 30 minutes - then transfer to cooling rack or turn the oven off and leave overnight for extra crunchiness.

they don't change colour - they are done when dry in the middle. they dont spread so you can put them v close together.

As a variation try oats instead of the rice.
