It’s used as an anti anxiety medicine post op for dogs as well. It was prescribed by my vet after his TPLO surgery to keep him calm as they are put on no activity restrictions and it helps them with depression no being able to move about. We are calling the vet tomorrow as he’s out of office today. I asked about long term use in the pharmacy and it is used long term in humans without much trouble. How do you know it causes jaundice and how do you tell if a lab has jaundice. Lol
