Try this - it works!

    If I want the dogs to come in from the garden and they are not keen to come in, having too much fun.

    I don't want to use recall whistle or call them - because it will be seen as a 'negative' stopping their play and may slowly put them off recalling.

    So, I go into the far corner of the kitchen, look in a corner and - in a squeaky happy voice - pretend to be talking to the cutest little kitten I ever saw.

    I can do it very quietly, but it brings them both RUSHING in every single time!

    Brilliant! Opening the fridge door and taking out the cheese dish also seems to work ...! ;D

    Lol. I am sure this is exactly what happens. Sometimes I catch myself talking to Rolo and his expression cracks me up. I'm sure he's thinking what is that daft bat going on about.
