Update on blood in poo

    We went back to the vets today. They have sent the poo sample off and should get results back in a few days time. As for Bagheera he is eating chicken and drinking plenty. He has lost a little weight but the vet said that's normal as his only eating chicken. Still some blood but not as much as before. He's on antibiotics & something else. Thank you all

    Fingers crossed he keeps improving. My girl went through months on and off of blood in her poo. We had everything checked, bloods, scan etc but nothing showed. It turned out (by process of elimination) that she was wheat intolerant. Within days of changing her food it all stopped.
    Not saying it is the same, but worth bearing in mind.

    Got bagheeras results back he has parasites in his intestines from other dog poo & or drinking puddles. He has made massive improvements and is slowly getting there he's started having more & more of his own food now. Xx
