Having just see MadMudMob's post about liver treats, it got me wondering about what are the most popular treats that are used for puppies. There is a bewildering array of treats to choose from! What's your pup's favourite?

    Just about anything.....
    Will need to think...
She did LOVE the home made salmon skins very much. They would be pretty near the top of the list :D

Sausages sound good, have just ordered a sample pack from Bobandlush for £1! Will have to look up salmon skins recipe. My kids think puppy treats sound tasty as well!! Thanks :) :)

I pretty much stick to fish4dogs which he loves - sea biscuits, sea wraps, salmon strips and now sea hide (currently top of the high value league table).

Cheese makes it into "high value", standard fat free Waitrose deli chicken is somewhere between bog standard sea biscuits and cheese, roast beef just below salmon strips, tinned sardines pretty much at the top (just below sea hide), but home roasted chicken, hot, dripping in juice, fat, and skin, pretty much trumps everything - apart from a dead seagull.

Chicken, cheese and sausage are about as much as the tender tummy can handle. Bizarrely he loves sardines but isn't mad for the fish4dogs stuff. Odd boy ::)

Anything, and i mean anything. Puzzle thinks that piece's of fruit and veg are as amazing as sausage, raw bacon and cheese all put together. She is very easy to please.

Thanks for all the treats that your doggies love, plenty of "food for thought" there, although roast chicken seems to be a keen player!! The comments about what Puzzle will eat did make me chuckle! ;D ;D

Penny loves to eat anything with same amount of passion, she doesn't have favourites.... Except for chicken. She would sell her soul for chicken. And cheese spread... And ham... Ok maybe she does have favourites. But she knows what the word chicken means, we only have to mention it and she pretty much starts salivating ... "Penny want some chick chick?" Sends her crazy... And yes I babytalk to her ::)

Honestly this is a tough one for me.....I would love to discover what the high value treat is for Simba so I can use it for training but he really seems to like everything the same. Kibble, fish flavored treats, cheese, dry toast, roast chicken, bacon, sausage, cheese, carrot sticks...etc etc etc. He loves them all but no one thing that I can point to that makes him seem super excited. ::)

It is good to read of another dog that doesn't have a favourite food. Mine just likes it all

    A tennis ball,

Though in training I have to be careful with it's use as she can become fixated on them.
