The DivaDog adores having her ear leathers stroked but more than anything she loves to have her cheeks rubbed in a gentle round motion. Her expression goes all far away and blissful; eventually she will nod off. Makes me smile every time
Re: Where does your dog like to be stroked best of all? Same with Meg. She loves her cheeks being stroked. If you stop, paw comes up, more, more, its saying. She also likes under her chin being stroked but cheek stroking is favourite.
Re: Where does your dog like to be stroked best of all? We have a two stage stroke. It starts with a gentle stroke behind the ears. After a shrt while her legs give way and she rolls over. Stage 2 is when she invites a general stroking of her chest and tummy.

Re: Where does your dog like to be stroked best of all? Mostly on the sofa with her head on my lap! She doesn't actually pester for stroking but seems to like it on her cheeks and under her ears. She rolls over for a tummy rub first thing in the morning.

Just discovered she will nod off to sleep if we slowly stroke her from between her ears right down to her nose in that sort of groove .... bless
