We go on free runs and then she gets home, rushes to her spending area and does both - what a little star! This after watching Tatze poo and wee where she wants. We have only had one accident so far, when she was really little - by the till at Tesco with a huge queue behind us. I was ready! Whipped out the poo bag, into container with charcoal, floor wipe whipped out, into puppy bag, told personnel and apologised - all done in ten seconds flat! (It's very embarrassing!) - I always make sure she's really empty before we leave the house. This really helps. If we are out a long time I ask her to go in an appropriate place - she's not keen, but she does
