Very sad this morning - I held Zach's paw as he crossed the Rainbow Bridge. His hips had been getting worse and yesterday suddenly he couldn't stand at all. He couldn't even support himself on his front paws so Rog took the difficult decision to have him put to sleep. The vet was lovely and he passed so peacefully I was pleased I stayed with him as Rog couldn't bring himself to. He would have been 9 at Xmas. Rest in peace Zach and I hope you find your old mate Monty waiting for you. xxxx
