3 and a half old lab will not quick biting. When I’m walking her she bites my feet. When I’m sitting on the couch she bites me. I never have free time because I have to constantly hold her training leash so she doesn’t bite. We have plenty of exercise and playtime so I’m not sure what the problem is or what to do.

Trust me when I tell you it gets better. If you read other posts from this forum you will see how many of us have cried and felt like giving up.
It's those puppy teeth and teething and just trying to treat you like a litter mate. I had two different kennels, one up in our bedroom for sleeping and when we would leave the house. The other was a timeout down stairs. We tried the high pitch yelp, the leaving the room, ignoring her and tons of chew toys. The only thing that would work was for her to go to timeout. She would come out and be a better girl. We made the band-aid company extremely rich with all the band-aids we used.
Now I am going through the sneaky let me see what I can get into when mom isn't watching.
Good luck and please know it does get better.

How long did it last for you?

I know all labs get like this, I just hope she doesn’t always nip and bite. I want her to be gentle and sweet and I just can’t see it right now.

She is 5 1/2 months and once her puppy teeth started coming out she became less of a crocodile!
She still gets mouthy but it doesn't draw blood because she doesn't bit down. She has a few baby teeth in there but she is so much better.
I also gave her frozen low sodium chicken broth ice cubes to help with the sore gums. They are like teething babies and we happen to be the best teething tools!
Stuffed Kong is also great, keeps them busy so you can get a break.
Hang in there, I know it is extremely frustrating...trust me I was ready to give up!

I am concerned that folk are saying ,"this is how lab puppies are", Ollie is my fourth lab puppy and never before have I experienced such aggression; he is 3 and a half months old and the quite normàl mouthing and nipping has turned into full on flying at me baring his teeth and sinking them in various parts of my anatomy, absolutely no warning, happily playing with a toy one minute and then flies at me like a Tasmanian devil and sinks his teeth in long and hard. This morning was particularly bad and the bite is now swelling up, not good. It is truly horrible and I wish I had never set eyes on him. A couple of days ago he narrowly missed my face. I am at a loss.

I found it really helpful to read Pippa's info on puppy biting on the Labrador Site.

I am no dog expert but I can encourage you from my experience. Hovis used to bite me on the arm constantly, to the point that I looked like I had been self harming. He is now 5 months old, almost finished teething and no longer bites me. He is the calmest, loveliest dog ever. I read that you can’t really tell when a puppy is teething but I certainly can! I have noticed lots of temperament changes in Hovis and can tell when he’s struggling with a tooth about to come out. I give him frozen raw carrots and normal ice cubes which seem to help

I am going through this too and at first I thought my little pup was an actual devil dog. Just knowing that this is within the realms of normal helped a lot. I too have puncture Mark's on my hands and arms and tonight the worlds cutest terrorist ripped the elastoplast off my hand and tried to eat it
Have you noticed a particular time of day when things get worse? For Mac its after his 3rd meal around 4. 30pm and I now see him getting overexcited so instead of letting him progress to the point of needing time out I pick him up and hold him for a few minutes then tell him he needs a nap. It usually works and he wakes up in a better mood.

I’m curious as it’s been a couple of months if your pups biting is any better?
