We, (Saba and I) have a Vauxhall Zafira. No lip at the back, and even with his travel crate in, we can still have 6 of the 7 seats up.

I use Nexguard on Saba, and it works well. He takes it happily, and without any problems.
Saba is a Nexguard puppy. No fuss taking it, and it appears to give good all-round protection for him.
