how may days have you been worming him for? Also, is it possible you are feeding him too much?
What's the dewormer, how much are you giving him and how often? Also, what are you feeding him?
Is there someone else who can take her to the vets for you? If you are anxious, it really won't help.
Why don't you try popping back to the car a few times just to get a toy, have a treat etc then go back out into the park?
Even if it were a poor quality food, that does sound a lot, and loose poos are often due to over feeding. Do you need to put weight on him?

While cones are useful for something like poor Toby's ear, for a spay, or any other issue on the body, I really like the medical pet vests.
