Yep you just described our Oakley to a T. It's not a nice feeling to be afraid of my own puppy in those moments but I know exactly how you feel....
We freeze banana pieces for teething, so maybe do that and it will help the eating poop too. Our puppy loves them, he doesn't eat poop.
