Best of luck, just hoping for the best outcome.
Will be thinking of Casper and his family all day.....best, best, wishes.
He doesn't understand (by the sounds of it) when he can sniff and when he can't. Maybe try putting 'go sniff' on cue.
Charlie smelled absolutely delicious as a puppy. I still think he smells nice now. Apart from the fox poo thing....
But just going back to round feet...if you zoom in to Willow's feet, she does not seem to be standing 'square' on her foot pads. This was similar...
It's was stability at speed - but, you know, it was just an article by some bloke on the internet. He'd written a lot of stuff on performance and...
Why is round good? This isn't a pointless challenging question, I've really been wondering whether we know why round is good.
I should think the answer to that is very complicated - it no doubt also depends on all sorts of things, including the height/weight of the dog,...
Yes, most working line dogs are really pretty straight at the front. This probably makes them faster, at the cost of less shock absorption and...
Also, I think Willow and Shadow look to have a quite long pelvis - I think this is good, and I'm beginning to wonder if people wanting a too level...
It's a bit hard to say with Willow, particularly at the front! :) She is not standing very straight! :) Shadow has a very typical working line...
I do think there is something in this, for sure. Although, I also wonder if the small ones get (inadvertently) pushed around a bit too so go on...
Oh, no, gosh - I don't think it's a moot point at all. :) I think it's the critical point. It's the point that - if we fail to pay attention to it...
I'm a bit unconvinced by the article that just states "indoor cats live longer'. Well, they might, that doesn't say anything about the quality of...
Well. That's the end of that as an interesting conversation. Again.
I'm so very, very sorry to hear this - it must be heartbreaking for you. You obviously loved Fletcher very, very much. I don't have any answers...
Context is everything though, isn't it? I think interpreting anything a dog does depends on the context. I always remember Charlie and Barbara's...
I do use a slip lead on Charlie - around the house and gardens. I have a few standard slip leads kicking around, and if we are going to the post...
Keep logging on to check, Kate. Have thought about Casper most of the day - just in case good vibes work!
Ah, interesting. Maybe it's the toy. Charlie doesn't lip lick, apart from when he's slurping sardines etc. so I've never seen it on my own dog.
