    Hi,

I'm new here and also a new labrador owner!
Our puppy is now 13 weeks old. We got her when she was 8 weeks old.
Apart from the first night or two when she was out of sorts, she has always cried in the night to let me know she needs to go and I've taken her out to the toilet. With each week she has consistently been getting better and the time between her waking to go has stretched out.
Basically, up until now, she cries and I take her out. She goes. I put her back to bed. All good.

But the last three nights she has been waking up and making no noise, pooping...then eating her own poop!(
She's stopped telling me she needs to go and just doing it where she sleeps, and I don't know why!

I know sometimes you can take steps back with the toilet training but just wondered if anyone had any thoughts as to how I could set her back on the right track. Should I start waking her and taking her out regularly, for example?

Yes, you need to break the habit. Go back to setting your alarm for 2am for a few nights and letting her out before she has an accident.
