Please I need your advice. My puppy strains every time she’s trying to pee. It started from Friday. Went to vet on Saturday. Had urinary test done but no trace of infection. I thought it’s UTI but vet said her urinary sample was normal. Vet prescribed anti-inflammatory medicine to have for 7days. Overall she’s quite a happy puppy. But she’s straining to pee. She pees everywhere now even in her bedding ☹️ What is happening to her? Could it be something serious?
Hello, what a worry. If it does not settle I would be inclined to do another urine culture, and or speak to a vet with some expertise in this field. Pups dont typically spoil their sleeping areas, so that is an indication it still needs investigating. Fingers crossed it settles soon.
