I took Moo on holiday. I was worried as she's old and getting frail.i took some anti inflams with me just in case. Didn't need them she just went crazy running about trying to jump in and out of the car. Barking excitedly and just behaving like a much younger dog. She enjoyed the shopping walking and seems so happy. She the same at home a real spring in her step and very happy. I'm now trying to think of ways to maintain this new found enjoyment for her. Any ideas she's 13 and a bit deaf partially sighted and a wobbly on he legs when tired but she is so healthy and mentally mostly with
That does sound lovely for you and Moo, sorry I don't have many ideas although are there some places near by she has never been to that she may enjoy. I started taking Mabel to the local farmers market, for something to do after her surgery. We have made some friends with a few stall holders and now it's a weekly event.
I take Harley to Go Outdoors, pets at home and costa coffee. She loves going in shops and sitting outside them watching the world go by (with a treat of course!)
Took her for a special walk she saw loads if her friends and had a good rummage and sniff. Came back andreally chased Rory round savagely and enjoyed her new tasty dog food. She now all snuggled up and snuggly in her bed. She had a great day
