    Hello Everyone,

Looking for a bit of new Puppy advice. Brody our 5 month Lab has always had soft stools (not diarrhea like). Is this normal for Lab puppies. She has had them ever since we got her from the breeder. Her diet is dried food only. Her weight is normal and she shows no physical signs of illness.

Thanks for looking and any advice will be taken on board.

    Lee

Hi, sometimes if you over feed them it can happen, cut back a bit and see what happens. Otherwise, it can be the type of food they are on. Poos should be reasonably firm. Good luck.

have the same issue with my fox red, hes 18 months and having anal gland issues too now. gets very uncomfortable-probably food related. weve changed foods a few times but no difference. also told that some dogs are just so excitable and stressed ( not nervous stress- happy stress!) that it affects their digestion. so now looking at supplements
