I have a 5 month old male lab. He came to us when he was four months old. We would go for a shot walk with out a problem the first few weeks. For some reason, he will not walk on the leash. Or if he does make it out of the yard, he stops lays down or simply will not move.
Hi we had similar problems, I would wait until he was ready or silly me would carry him home! A friend suggested waiting few minutes then carry on. Favourite toy or treats or having lots of fun could help
