hello everyone! I am new to this forum, but my boyfriend and I have an 8 month old choc lab named Carmen who has been potty trained since shortly after we got her at 8 weeks old.. she lives with my boyfriend and family and is now having accidents on the floor and in her kennel.. she is kennel trained and goes out in the morning and afternoons when the family gets home. They have their own family dog who loves Carmen and Carmen gets along great with. Does anyone have advice on how to stop the accidents? Please help us out as his parents are getting fed up with her having accidents.. she will go outside on a runner and go to the bathroom
You say she was potty trained before and didn't have accidents and then all of a sudden started peeing in the house? This happened to my dog at around 8 months or so. It didn't feel right because we knew he was potty trained and he just started having accidents. We took him to the vet and found out he had a Urinary Tract Infection. You may want to take him in to get checked out.
