Once again we are having toilet training issues with Nero...

He was 100% clean for over 2 weeks and then all of a sudden he is pee/pooing in the kitchen overnight. Nothing has changed to his routine, he goes out for toilet just before bed but he is still having overnight accidents. We are doing everything we can but are still at a loss as it is very frustrating!

Has anyone else been in this position?

Do you think moving his bed to the area where he pees will help?

    Thanks again (very frustrated owner!)

Sorry you are having trouble with Nero.
I think taking several steps back should help.
Go back to a crate or penned/confined area at night and maybe consider a night time wake up call for toiletting?? I know the latter is not ideal.
Do you think this may be helpful?

He grew out of his create a while ago. He is confined to the kitchen during the night and he usually goes to the toilet at one end of the kitchen

For tonight we have moved his bed to the area where he goes to the toilet, hopefully this will help, if not then it will have to be night time wake-ups again for toilet breaks

    Fingers crossed

You've got the right idea, in terms of dogs not generally soiling their sleeping places, but if he's not confined to a small place (ie the crate) he could just move his toilet to the other side. So is there anyway to block off the kitchen so that he's confined to a smaller space?

Hope you are able to get this sorted soon, it is frustrating, I know. :(

Oh gosh...must be frustrating when you thought you had cracked it....
Might be an idea to take him to the vet for a check up?just to eliminate any health issues being the cause ?
Let us know if your rearrangement had any effect, good luck

    UPDATE

It has now been a week since we moved Neros bed to the other side of the kitchen, and i am happy to say he has not made a mess since :)
