We have just returned from a weeks fleeting visit to France with Benson coming along for a change of scenery. The primary task was to lay gravel to create a terraced area near the south side of the house. No sooner had we achieved this than Benson decided that he would roll in it as a way of scratching his back. Unfortunately, he did not realize that the gravel contained fine sand which made him look like a two-toned Madame Pompadour!
