Hi all I have 10 months old lab. Is she still a puppy or can we assume her as an adulr from now on? According to that can i choose acana heritage puppy large breed? And i have bought her a 2kg acana grasslands just to try it out. She liked it and i will buy another package but can i give her the heritage puppy large breed after the acana grasslands?
Hi, my lab has had Acana puppy heritage from 2 months old and I have been very happy with it. I changed him onto the adult version (various different Acana ranges, I like the fishy ones personally) from about a year on, simply when the bag ran out not necessarily age related. He's been totally fine. His breeder recommended keeping him on puppy food till 18 months. So Looking back I think either is totally fine! Mine had been neutered at 8 months so if yours is too be sure to reduce portion size by a third. Sam is now 2 and still on either Acana or Orijen and he's thriving. hope that helps.
