    Of COURSE you can ;D ;D ;D

But no rush, we won't be going down that road for another year. Although I do already have the prospective sire sorted!!!

Sorry I meant guidedogs, I didn't word that very clearly :)
I have got Benson booked on an adolescent course starting 10th January at Widgets Farm :) They also run gundog days, and use only positive reinforcement. Ternaya they have some spaces left! ;)

I'm booked in :) thanks Kate - look forward to it :)

Taking it easy after the op, yes..just short walks on nice level grass, or around the rough area near the fields connected to our garden. A new rabbit skin dummy arrived today, a full rabbit skin not half and half, so that should be interesting and fun for the dogs :)

Walked on the common again..with Mr Beanwood, so used the opportunity to get some good on lead practice going with both dogs. Added a slip lead to Caspers back fastening harness, so he is more aware of the lightest touch with changing direction, this worked quite well and soon Casper was trotting around the field quite happily :) Feels strange not to be covering miles, just back and forth over the same ground, just hope the end result is worth it! :)
