Hi, I am new to the forum. Apologies if I am writing in the wrong chat. I have 7 nearly 8 month fox red Labrador weight 53 pounds. Can anyone advise on Purina dry food as currently he is having pro plan medium opti balance but I find it difficult to get it as often is out of stock. My question is could I feed him with the same Purina brand but go for large breed?
Mine was on large breed for the first 2 years as that was what the breeder recommended. He used to have a lot of loose stools. I now feed raw frozen complete meals and he has no stomach issues. He does however have allergies so it may have been down to that. There are other threads on here with links to research the best dry dog food.
