A very handsome and loving little chap that was with us for all too brief a time. The only dog I ever had from a tiny pup.

    He's lovely!!

I know a lab makes more sense and I certainly wouldn't be without Riley but I do love a nice spaniel :)

    What a gorgeous dog...

My old dog, Billy, was half lab and half spaniel, and when I see photos of spaniels I can really recognise those eyes!! He was nearly 16 when I had to make the heartbreaking decision to have him put down... It was the right thing to do, but so hard. It still hurts to think of it. But I still have my 13 year old black labbie, and now Poppy too, and Billy's ashes are at the bottom of the garden where the bluebells grow.

What a smasher Alfie was , losing a pet is truly awful , I have lost a Lab and a JR both in the past year and still miss them both terribly ,but the memories are there for always .
