Hey, it could be that he just seemed that big to me - terror adds to the weight, you know. :D

But for accuracy, I defer to Kate @Beanwood !

You seem to be enjoying your peripatetic lifestyle SO much - are you sure you want to be tied down by a wet windy Labrador puppy? :D

Ah, but I actually travelled MORE when I had Brogan than I do now. Granted, it would take at least a couple years to get said puppy into full travelling mode. And I've never had the experience of crocoup mud ball Lab puppy, so I may be overly confident on that "2 years" estimate. ;)

Just because I want to, here's Brogan in full travel mode at the Malaga airport. This was his last flight of over 40 before I bought him his Tardis car.

Fred and Annie travel to France several times a year and have done since they were 6mths old. We have never had a problem and they love it.

I have no idea... he was weighed at the vets as a kitten, and from memory he was something like 6kg..and I think 6 months old? He doesn't feel that heavy, but there again I don't often pick him up.
The last time we took him to the vet we managed to squeeze him into a pet carrier, but got to the reception only to find liquid diarrhoea being jettisoned at some force from said basket, it was like some bizarre chocolate display. Needless to say we didn't actually get him out of the pet carrier on that occasion!:eek:

You missed an opportunity. You should have sat Emily on the scales and then put Remy on her lap! ;)

I'm sticking with 12 kg as a pretty good guess. He is at least as heavy as Toby (famous Bodeguero foster dog) and Toby was 12 kg.
