Is an antler chew suitable for 14 week puppy?
Using kongs and various other chew toys, just trying for wide variety.

There are some concerns about antler chews because of the number of tooth fractures that have been attributed to them. One alternative, that gives a harder chewing surface, is a 'chew root'. They are made from wood but less likely to splinter than chewing on sticks. Worth a try if your puppy is gnawing their way through your table legs :)

We are partial to the synthetic Antlers made from ground antler and nylon. Nylabone and Petstages make them. Real antlers are very hard and can chip or break teeth. Probably a bigger worry with adult teeth, but I would not want broken baby teeth either.
